I just want to say Thank you to Vicky for making my day amazing! I had the most amazing baby shower. She took the time to help set up and decorate. She treated me and my family like family. My husband and I were looking for somewhere to have dinner before a recent concert. Anytime we are out of town, I always check reviews before heading to any restaurant. The menu and reviews looked great, so we decided to check it out. It absolutely surpassed our expectations, the baked potato soup was the best that my husband and I have ever had. Everything was delicious, service was great with a nice atmosphere.

We've been going to Nancy's Fireside for 40+ years now & its obvious we like what we found in this gem of a neighborhood eatery. The menu is superb & the bar is well stocked & lively. Our favorite time of year to visit is the dead of winter when the fireplace is roaring & the hospitality is just as warm & welcoming.

The layout of Nancy's may the first thing you notice. Although small, it's able to fit a good number if people and ample room to move about, especially since there's a bar as well as a live music area. Live music during some nights of week adds a nice touch but it's not overbearing. Food across the board was delicious and movable tables is accommodating for various party sizes.

I’ll give to Nancy’s restaurant 5 starts ! I did my son 1st year birthday party at Nancy’s and it was more than I dreamed. The owner Vicky since day one was so nice and helpful with me and my husband, if you are looking for a place to make your party Nancy’s is a really good option! The food is delicious, wine is delicious, the place is really nice .

We celebrated my daughters sweet 16 bday today. Everyone had a great time. The food was amazing. I have to add on behalf of me and my family that Victoria is such a wonderful, gracious host. Colette was also very sweet and helpful. I would recommend Nancy's if you are looking for that personal touch for your special occasion or just dinner. Looking fwd to dinning there again soon.

I dined at Nancy's many times, many years ago. It was called Nancy's Fireside. It was good then and good now.
I remembered she made a fantastic burger, and I was craving a good burger. So my husband and I went to Nancy's.
We started out with risotto. It was creamy and the rice was al dente, perfectly cooked with a huge flavor. We shared the side dish.
We both ordered cheeseburgers, and we were both totally satisfied. The burgers were cooked perfectly and they were moist and juicy. It came with fries. They were OK. The burger dinner was 14.00 and well worth it.

Nancy's has been a fixture in Floral Park for years. We have been here 3 or 4 times and find the service and atmosphere lovely. The food is good, but we have found it to be consistently too salty for our tastes. Next time we will remember to ask if the chef can cut down on the amount of salt in each dish.

I had to give them another high five! How life has changed during Covid. We decided to support our locals places at least twice a week with "to go" before restaurants started coming back to normal again. Nancy's was on our list.
A great place previously, but now in the new world we fell in love with our locals all over again.
The food is great, the staff is amazing. Liz is amazing!!!
Honestly can't wait to have a sit down meal here again!

The food really is so good. I always get risotto and one of their salads with grilled shrimp. Portions are huge and everything still tastes great the next day. My husband loves their burger with sautéed onions and pepper jack cheese. We usually do takeout and we really appreciate how the food is packed up. Everything is always very neatly packed away and their French fries come in an open box that way they stay crispy and don't get soggy. I've never seen another restaurant actually care that much about takeout. Always keeps us coming back! Either Vicky or Liz usually answers the phone

On the coldest day of the Fall (so far) we headed to Nancy's with good food in mind but found so much more. As we had been working outdoors for a while we were truly frozen right down to our toes. The hostess/waitress/possibly Nancy person lead us to a table right in front of their fireplace (after we answered her question, "How are you?" with our one word reply, "Frozen!") where we were able to defrost while enjoying our potato soup with bacon. We hosted my sister's baby shower over the weekend at Nancy's Restaurant and it was a great experience. We decided to go with the Brunch menu, the food was so good and the punch bowl was delicious too plus there was enough punch where we didn't have to pay for the refill! The service was outstanding, we chose to pay extra for valet parking and it was worth every penny. Our guests were overly impressed with how great the entire experience was!

This place is really great! Rustic vibes. Lunch menu is reasonably prices. Have not been for dinner, but planning on going very soon. Our waitress was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, well seasoned and flavorful. The mozzarella sticks are fresh. Everything tasted great! 10/10

When you write a Yelp review, 2 stars literally means "Meh. I've experienced better." In this case, that would be an understatement... but I know that if I ordered something else, and if my waiter had perhaps been more experienced, I likely would have given this restaurant either 3 or maybe 4 stars.
Here's the thing... parking is limited on the streets, but the place itself is nice looking. I believe it's adequately staffed, even for a Saturday night. Maybe they can use a "busboy," but if they're not filling the place up, I understand why they would cut

We've been here twice on Friday nights, and we love the live music they have. We sit in the bar area at the high tables, right near the fireplace and in sight of the musician- super cozy vibe. You can tell the bartender knows nearly everyone who walked in which shows theres a decent amount of regulars. We like the food, but both times I went somehow couldn't find much to choose from.. David's gnocchi was good but I wasn't crazy about the sauce/maybe not a big fan of pork shoulder- however, the next time we went I believe they had a special gnocchi and I preferred that taste

I had my bridal shower at Nancy's today. It was so wonderful! Food was great! We had delicious potato soup, ceasar salad, gnocchi and ice cream bar. I also took a bite of my sister's dish, fish and chips which was great. The staff is so helpful and nice. Everyone raved about what a wonderful time it was. Thank you for making my party perfect!

Long time Floral Park native but for some crazy (and now stupid) reason I have never stumbled in here for a meal. Well let's just say I am an IDIOT. The food was amazing. I started off with the best French Onion soup I have EVER (see my pic) had and I've tasted some of the best soups. Then I had the Gnocchi w braised Pork shoulder for my entree.
