At 713 Shirts we use high quality, industry leading equipment and materials to produce a shirt you will love. The design you select and the item we are printing on determines what type of print will look best, so we use a variety of printing styles. Our full color DTG prints work best on our signature 100% ringspun cotton soft style tees.
713 Shirts is proud to be Houston's first (and as far as we know Houston's only) custom retail shop. But what does that even mean? Me and my boyfriend stopped by because we saw them on Facebook and well we love supporting small business, honestly the customer service was trash, the guy looked bothered every time i asked him for something, i was expecting good customer service because it was a small business. Also, when we got ready to pay he only asked me if it was cash or card not once did he say the total amount or anything i had to see once the machine asked for my signature. Yes the product is good but wouldn't go back because of the customer service.

Two people walk in the store without masks so I figured I didn't need one either. They picked up their order and shopped around the store. As I go up to the counter the guy tells me I need a mask, mind you the people are still looking around the store without one on. If you're going to have rules in place then enforce them on everyone.

I was very disappointed by their behavior. I called few weeks ago to figure out how much would it be to make stickers for my business. The guy on the phone was hostile from the min he picked up.
When I asked him how his prices are competing with the online vendors, he got defensive and said: " I don't know what they charge, I am probably more expansive but my stickers are better"- then he hung up. I was going to check them out regardless because I want to give a local business my business. However they flat-out don't deserve this.
