I used to completely trust this place. I've been there countless times with 3 cars for around 10 years. Lately I've noticed new front office faces every time I come there. I recently found that my air filter cover which is supposed to to have 6 screws was missing 4 of them and the 2 remaining weren't even attached. Those just don't vibrate away, and they're the ones who last changed the filter. I asked a new office service writer to come out to the car so I could better show what I was talking about. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs any type of work done on their vehicles. I needed my whole fuel system cleaned out, brought my car in an hour before closing and they had it ready the next day before 2pm. Alex and Ted were great and super helpful. I will be bringing my car here again.

Phenomenal service! Took my girlfriend’s brother’s car in to have the AC looked at and they had the problem diagnosed right away and replacing the cooling fan didn’t take long. Alex is a hidden gem. He runs a great business and is the epitome of honest, reliable and never makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of.

If you want honesty and integrity in an auto mechanic, come here! I have been a customer of this auto clinic for 8 years. My car was out of warranty and I needed a mechanic I could trust. Chandler and Alex have always treated me with great courtesy and explained why they take the measures they do. Called last week for wheel alignment price and was quoted $85 on phone. I scheduled a wheel alignment for afternoon but had to reschedule due to my holiday schedule. I called today and the price inflated to $129 and was given some bs story about how they became "an authorized Costco repair shop". Which apparently gave them the right to increase their prices by 80% ?? I went to Network Alignment and Brakes and paid $69 and was very impressed with their customer service, as well as their reviews.

I'm a repeat customer, and they are my go-to place for car maintenance. Every experience I've had has been fantastic. They are personable (I usually speak with Alex or Chandler), helpful, and just decent honest people. I never feel pressured to do unnecessary maintenance like some auto shops. If you live or work locally the offer complimentary pick up/drop offs while your car is being worked on.

First time here at this shop. I needed an allignment after visiting discount tire around the corner. For allignments, they recommend a place on northsight along the body/auto shop row.
Anyways, lost the recommendation name and decided to yelp around that area. This shop looked the part with people stating great service and great prices. Done and done.
Made an appointment that day and chandler took care of me like I was a regular. I appreciate that a lot. They got my car done in about 45 minutes - just a simple wheel allignment.
Now the bad part - holy cow $130 for a wheel allignment. Are
