So I decided at 2 am to schedule a same day massage at Soluna and was able to snag the last appointment available. I'm a first time customer and I had no issues scheduling online. Everyone was warm and friendly when I arrived. My masseuse, Abby, was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. She explained what she was doing. I've been going to Soluna Massage for about 2 years now and man has it been a life saver! I'm a guy in my 20s, pretty healthy, and go to the gym 3-5 days/ week but I started having lower back and upper shoulder pain that progressed after working in an office and sitting at a desk for long periods of time. When I moved to Louisville a few years ago, it was difficult to find a good massage place that was affordable and could fit me in their schedule easily. I have been here probably a half dozen times over the past few years and I would say that the quality overall has been good, but it can be somewhat inconsistent because of high turnover (every year I come back, I pretty much have to find a new massage therapist). That said, almost everyone I've worked with has been very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system, some even being helpful about noticing issues I'm having and making good recommendations. I did the Foot Detox Bath because I was starting to feel sick. Oh my goodness, what an experience. It seems a little disgusting but the result were awesome. I felt great, no headache or cold symptoms after. I slept wonderfully that night for the first time in ages! I truly recommend anyone that is curious to give this a try. Maybe they don't get black customers often but I felt uncomfortable. I actually came on the wrong day and they worked to get a massage in just had to wait. Eric did the massage and I explained lower back and shoulder massage needs. He touched my lower back for 3 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. The bed and room were cold and it was uncomfortable, after I was half way through I had to ask if the ac was on and that's when he decided to turn on the bed warmer. Wasn't worth the money but still gave a tip. Definetely wil never go back or send anyone there!

A hidden gem! My boyfriend bought a couple's massage for my Christmas Gift and we were finally able to use it this past Saturday. All I can say is that I hope to get this gift from him every Christmas!

I have been going here for a while now. Today I went in and was on a walker last night and a cane today. I had face cupping and a 90 minute massage.
