I distinctly remember buying my first 'professional' camera. At 10 years old, about 15 months after first starting to save, I had my dad take me to the camera store. With an excited smile, I forked over a good 500 bucks to get the latest and the greatest SLR Nikon had to offer. It wasn't even digital!
