Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Pet owners in Lex, beware of Gainesway Small Animal Clinic. They recommended euthanizing Callie for kidney failure. We had some doubts, and got a 2nd opinion from another reputable vet. They quickly found that Callie has been over-medicated for her cushings disease this last year. I always thought it was odd that Gainesway never confirmed her proper dosage, even when I specifically asked about it weeks ago, when she started feeling sick. They confidently dismissed my concern, and gave her a bunch more pills she really didn't need. The vet said that "if it were too much medication, she would be
