I placed this order and paid for a two day turnaround. When the expected ship date arrived they advised there was a delay in shipping and advised to put a rush. The date of the event came and passed and still no items. When I asked for a refund they said
They couldn’t because the items has been printed.
It’s been two weeks, no items and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience with Rent A Press was seamless. Once I registered and saw the incredibly low prices I really thought it was too good to be true. Spoiler Alert: Its the real deal.

There was an issue with our order, so we called and was told the order would go back out. It has been over 2 weeks with no product and we can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Tried calling for a week straight, listening to hold music for a very long time, and no one ever answered. Reached out via social media and never got a response until I threatened to contact the BBB. But they still haven't called like they stated they would. Avoid them completely!
