I took my 8 week old puppy and he was worse when I left. Upon arrival he was obviously dehydrated they said blood sugar level was low. Ran up a 300.00 bill gave him a ridiculous amount of needless medication.. He was vomiting when I left and Immediately took him back in…….They proceeded to tell me they were not a 24 he clinic. First quote was at 240.00 then kept going up and never even solved the problem. I understand that all can’t be fixed but an honest opinion would have been great. I wish I had a different outcome but my precious puppy passed and I am beyond heartbroken ðŸ˜

I am so disappointed with the quality of service I received. I came in for a health certificate 7 days before traveling and never received my original stamped copy I needed for travel. Just be aware they don’t know how to do a health certificate from filling it out to sending it off to USDA. West bird animal hospital if you don’t know what your doing don’t do it. Take the service off your list. All that time and money wasted could’ve been avoided. They aren’t reliable. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Best place ever! Totally loved it I'm so grateful I was recommend to them. My dog was treated with love and kindness exactly what you would expect for your loving pet. Also very informative as to what my dog has and how to help him recover from his tumor and abcess. I can't say enough about how totally satisfied I am.

I go further away to this vet because in the past he brought in an orthopedic surgeon to operate on my cat whos leg got bitten by a dog and was chattered, requiring pins for all the bones to set right. GreaT job on that one. Its expensive, but this time, xray was not fixed as they thought for another cat that is losing weight, and I wasted my trip over there. Had to reschedule. Not happy about that.

My pup was t feeling well early evening . When I called to tell if the symptoms they told me to bring him in. Needless to say I was very happy with service . Staff and doctor were very professional . Gave full details of findings , alternatives and even the bill was itemized and explained . I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you for the great service .

Dr. MartÃnez was recommended by a friend. We have a 13 1/2 yr old Maltese and, for the past three years, since the vet she had from birth could no longer take care of her, we’ve been searching for a new vet to take care of our elderly CHLOE. We were very impressed with Dr Martinez and his staff, their professionalism and care. I took my cat because she had a problem in her eyes. After two days, she got worst and I have to take her again so the Dr. change the medicine. I thought that I didn't need to pay because the medicine that he recommended before was not the correct one and actually my cat got worst but no, they charge everything again with no sympathy at all. I do not recommend this place.

I'm sitting in their waiting room and realized this team needs some recognition. From the phone greeting, to the reception staff, Cinthia and Dr Martinez, the experience is just wonderful. My first visit with them was when my 18 year old silk terrier was very ill. They treated her with some much kindness and didn't try to create unnecessary charges knowing that she was close to the end. We euthanized her in this office and both Cinthia and Dr Martinez were so compassionate and understanding, making a painful process a little easier for us. This is the BEST animal hospital that I've encountered. The prices are very affordable. The staff is friendly as well as the doctor. I came there to get a certificate so that my dog can travel to another country and the certificate was very affordable. And for my dog to travel she needed just one vaccine (leptospirosis).

Worst cat grooming I've ever experienced. When I asked Dr. Martinez what happened to my cat's ear, he responded "it got nicked during grooming, so we applied an anticoagulant". There was no sincere apology that followed & It wasn't even mentioned until I asked what happened during her physical exam. I still ended up paying full price for their mistake.

I've been taking my dog here for years & was happy with everything.. until the new staff came along. I called to make an appointment for my dogs annual checkup as well as a spa day for him since he needed a good grooming. They made me an appointment & upon arrival when I asked a question about the grooming special they said that they didn't include the grooming in the appt & wouldn't be able to do it because the groomer was getting ready to leave. BEST vet. He brought my cat back to life from his deathbed. My dog who has a major illness is currently under his care and his treatment is right on point. She is doing better and from the looks of her she will live a very long time. He's caring, compassionate and has a very calming effect. The staff is awesome and treats my dogs like family. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them. They also have boarding and are open at 7 AM.

As a former employee and current client, I can say from firsthand experience that Doctor Martinez is an extraordinary veterinarian. His passion for veterinary medicine perforates through his work and the way he treats his patients. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is also very compassionate. While I worked there, there were numerous times where we had sick patients staying at the clinic and he would go check on them several times throughout the night. He is just as empathetic with the animal owners as well. All in all, he is a very good man. As a prospective veterinarian, I can only hope

Dr. Martinez is a good veterinarian and a wonderful person so is Julian. But I need to warned people their office manager is a very rude women and if ever you have a problem paying your bill she will not work with you for any kind of arrangement. This was a very unpleasant experience that just happen to me ,so be careful before you drop off your pets make sure you a get a clear idea of your financial responsibility. It was so bad she called me and said if I didn't come in and pick up my pets she would give them to animal service.
