Speak to a licensed mental health professional from the comfort of your own home, with no long-term commitment. In the last 10 years the stigma around mental health counseling has loosened. Individuals experiencing difficult life transitions and situations like divorce, loss of loved ones, work stress, or family issues are finding it helpful and normal to receive support from a therapist.

You don't have to keep struggling with the past. You shouldn't feel like you have to rely on your therapist for long term stability. Though some individuals may benefit from ongoing counseling, our goal is to help you experience a powerful transformation and outgrow our support. The Truism Center has a team of licensed mental health professionals, expertly trained to listen and build a healing relationship with you.

I believe that telling our stories, first to ourselves and then to one another and the world, is a revolutionary act. It is an act that can be met with hostility, exclusion, and violence. It can also lead to love, understanding, transcendence, and community. Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable.

For many people, making the decision to see a therapist is not easy. You may be wrestling with feelings of failure, feeling overwhelmed by trauma, or just embarrassed that you can't somehow "think yourself" out of whatever you are going through.

Restoring your driver's license is a complicated process with a lot of moving parts. It's possible you can do it on your own. It's also possible you'll miss some small critical detail and your application will be rejected, leaving you without a license for another 6 months to a year. Having your license suspended or revoked can be frustrating.

My husband and I had an awful past life and lost our kids before entering into counseling with a therapist here. The therapist change our entire life around and we recently reunited with our children and got them out of foster care thanks to the time and dedication Jerry Paredes gave our case! Jerry also helped my husband recently just celebrate his 550 days sobriety because of the help from Jerry!!! I highly recommend this practice!!!
