Erik Jackson is the best!
He is kind and patient and professional but and a great sense of humor. He is calm even when nerves are a mess. It's stressful buying and/or selling a home but he makes it all a bit easier. Wouldn't want to do this process with anyone else.

I used Smart Realty to sell my home, which successfully sold for a fair market value in September 2020. Unfortunately, Mr Erik Jackson was extremely unprofessional and single handedly provided me with the worst customer experience of my life. I had to get my lawyer involved and threaten to sue Mr Jackson and Smart Realty if he did not stop being shady and attempting to impose his will upon me. Mr Jackson went behind my back and behind the back, without my knowledge or approval, to try and make the Title company (Admiral Title) change the closing disclosure 3 business days before the scheduled closing

Had the pleasure of working with Heidi Wallace. She was available for us almost daily. Met us numerous days in a row to help us find the perfect condo for us.
