I called this afternoon to get my spark plugs replaced and discussed my issues with the MPG decreasing and asked if they could take a look at my car to see if anything else could be causing the issue. I believe I spoke with Ryan and he told me the parts would be there in an hour. He was very courteous on the phone and when I came in an hour later, he discussed with me potential causes for the decrease in my MPG. He also informed me that he did a bit of research on the MPG counter in my car and gave me a very informative rundown of how it operated and how best to calculate my MPG going forward.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and they were able to take my car in right away. Ryan was able to explain to me what was out of alignment and what they did to fix it. Service was priced below what the local dealership quoted. Waiting room/lobby is very comfy with complimentary beverages and candy. Will be doing future business with them!

The honest auto shop is found when you located Grand Auto Works. Ryan provided a quote over the phone for a door locking issue on my 4runner. He diagnosed the issue and provided me the an update in a timely fashion.
The issue required a lot of work and when I decided to not do the service I went to pick up my vehicle. When I was checking out, even though the technician spent 90 minutes on my vehicle there wasn't a charge. Wow!

Guy at the front desk is not very friendly and does
not knows anything about customer service. I went in for an oil change. I had an appointment and had a Groupon. He denied my Groupon because he says can only buy it and use it once but no where in the Groupon does it say that. It says you can buy and use up to 3 times. I did not want to argue with him so I just left. You just lost a customer over something dumb. Bye!

If you need a trusted and reliable auto shop, this is the place to go. Ryan has been taking care of my car for the past 6 years now and I will continue to come here for as long as I'm living in the OC.
The first time I met Ryan, I was coming in for an oil change and he actually sent me back home and told me I didn't need one. I had just bought a new car and at the time I didn't know about the oil life indicator. He pointed that out to me, instead of just taking my money for a profit. I've been coming back to Ryan ever since.

When a notification light pops up, all I see are dollars flying out the window, however knowing that the mechanics at Grand Auto Works got my back with no BS it makes me feel better. On a recent visit to the shop I needed some maintenance work done. I needed an oil change and the tranny fluid flushed out. The service took roughly a hour or so to be finished and when I went to go pay, Ryan ( the front desk guy) gave me suggestions on what to replace next because my car is over the 100k mile mark. Its funny how his suggestions were what I wanted to do next to my car. The service is great, the lobby

Ryan is the bomb, aligned and put two new front tires on my daughters Nissan, price was fair, service was great, communication on point and my daughter says it now drives like new. I am into cars and know how hard it is to to find a great mechanic, well you just found it. Wish I could take my other cars here!

Ryan was prompt to answer all questions I had over the phone. In person, the experience was great as well. I was on time for my oil change appointment, and they did the inspection/oil change/tire rotation all within an hour.
The waiting room was great as well; free wifi. My only suggestion would be to not use adhesive-backed sticker on the windshield oil change reminder. Leaves a lot of residue upon removal
Overall, I'd recommend going here, and will return to service my other car

From the moment we walked in, to the moment our car work was complete Ryan and his team at Grand Auto Works provided fast, and reliable service.
Within 30 minutes the car inspection was complete. The servicing was speedy.
I had instructed the team to send us a photo of our brake and rotor. It was a mess. I'm relieved to have the brakes replaced for my mom's car.

I call this place for my 2015 Lexus GS 350 that had a check engine light. They took the time to do a quick diagnostic over the phone. Rather than other shops who just say "Oh you have to come in to for me to see it" Which I can understand but the fact that they took the time to talk and ask questions over the phone, means that they genuinely care.

The crew and workmanship at Grand Auto Works is the best. Ryan, the service manager, answered all my questions in regards to mounting and balancing four tires and performing a four wheel alignment on my 4Runner. When everything was done, he also showed me the specifications of the alignment reading and thoroughly explained the before and after changes they had made so that the car would be driving as straight as possible.

A trustworthy mechanic which seems hard to find these days.
I had some oil seepage coming from my oil pan and the rear main seal. Since the car in question was a 20 year old Merc, I had some worries about the cost and finding a professional mechanic that I can trust with my pride and joy.
I've known Ryan from the previous Auto Shop long before and realised he was the only man I can trust with my car. My previous experiences with Ryan were delightful, so I knew he was the man to go, plus he has the same name as I do.
Ryan looked at my car and gave me a very honest inspection and a diagnosis

This was my first time visiting this shop and I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Ryan who came across as very friendly! Came into do my oil, and Ryan helped me out. He’s very informative and observant, spotting that I even had engine oil seeping from a bad seal. I appreciate the attention to detail all around the car in case you missed it, not just what you brought it in for.

Purchased a car from a private seller and brought it to Grand Auto Works to get a full check-up.
Met Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and told me about specific things to check for when purchasing a used car. Within 5 minutes my car was up on a lift and Ryan was nice enough to call me in and show me some of the things he had explained to me, which I would have never known about otherwise. He reassured me that I had made a good and safe purchase, and even offered to install a light bar that I had purchased for the car.
