R.T. Bailey Construction Inc. was founded in 2000 by Robert Todd Bailey. Born and raised in Ohio, Todd relocated after graduation from Miami University in 2003. Having earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, he quickly learned his passion was in helping people achieve the dream of owning a home.
Todd also became a licensed realtor in 1999. Having this license gave him a crisp understanding of the entire process. Since building, Todd has gone on to not only build hundreds of homes but develop communities throughout the CSRA. He developed Connor Place, Brigadier Landing, Powderhouse Landing, Deer Run Estates, and was involved with the Retreat at Baker Place and Canterbury Farms.

Long story short, they told my realtor they were going to replace the whole tub. So within my 1 year warranty I noticed the tub had holes everywhere. And apparently they did not replace my tub like they said they would. Most likely they just patched it up. & Because of COVID Beth and I agreed that once the COVID cases dropped I would allow people to come to my home and fix some of the things.
