If you are a local small business and DPI Graphics had to choose between you (who paid a $3,000 deposit) and a casino (who placed them on net 30), this company would choose the casinos. I am disappointed on countless reasons. The first being, I needed an important job completed by mid-May and was not completed until the night before our grand opening. The owner of DPI ended up taking apart part of my A/C to install the wall wrap, When doing so, he took apart the wiring. the next day I had interviews booked all day and there was not a working A/C. They were consistently late on printing items usually weeks at a time. Never sends proofs to approve how the final artwork will appear printed at desired dimensions. Sloppy application of vinyls. Printed our storefront vinyl missing CYAN color in the design, even when I provided a png of the final look pieced together. Also they didn't "puzzle" together the pieces properly and a window was misaligned because one window piece was printed twice rather than each having their own. We complained, but it was never fixed and we were out approx $1000, plus the cost of getting it redone elsewhere because
