Requested a quote for a rush project and waited over 48 hours to hear back only to be told that you no longer could fulfill my order. I called twice to follow up within the first day with the sales rep who had forgotten to send my quote, and then called first thing in the morning the second day when I still had not received it and at that time the team could no longer fulfill my order. Your sales team needs to step up there game or you're going to loose business based on response times alone.

This company and customer service is incredible! I was working closely with a designer and reached out to this company to help print a banner. Aaron was incredibly helpful and super nice on the phone. He gave me quotes and banner sizes/options of the phone. He emailed me immediately the specs of what was required for our design. I emailed the design over on 7/16 and he confirmed he received the design and helped fix the colors for the correct printing on the banner. He informed me once the banner was completed and shipped to me. I received the banner on 7/23 exactly 1 week from initial phone call

We have been dealing with the company for weeks regarding an order. We waited a while to have someone resolve this matter. We were in the middle of another call with Zac (a manager) earlier today. We've been waiting two more days for Zac to call us back as he said he would. Today, we were either hung up on or disconnected. We waited for him to call us right back (as you would expect if it was unintentional). Wow, Just wow. We had a last minute need for HUGE color banners and where every other place said 2 weeks, these guys at Austin Banner Printing took care of it over the weekend and couriered banners to us on Tuesday! that's 5 Days turnaround! that's including the weekend! Also, their pricing was 10 to 50% cheaper than the other 4 companies i contacted. All around a great experience. Best price, best turnaround, great service, A+++
