Capacity for printing large-scale items or unconventional materials such as fabric and wood, etc. They are very responsive, friendly, and willing to work with me to find the best solution for my projects. They work quickly and have even offered delivery for items that I couldn't fit in my car. Definitely recommend.

I contacted American Color Labs, to create a logo for my business and create a large banner. I sent them a photo of my sketch asking them to put in in a digital format and clean it up a bit. Shawn and his staff gave it the royal treatment with a quick turn around. The logo exceeded my expectations so much that I didn't need any changes to it. I always received a quick reply to my emails and I plan to use them again.

Our business has used American Color Labs for four years. The work is consistently good. They are very helpful about quick turnarounds, and they've gone out of their way to figure out the best way to do some unique work that neither of us had done before. They are creative as well as conscientious about our budget. We shopped around a lot when we first decided on them, and we have had no reason to shop around since. Happy Customers.

Not that great... lots of excuses as to why things didn't turn out well, no effort to 'make it right' and pricing seemed average to high (even though the sales guy swore that the pricing was 'very aggressive' )
Too many problems and excuses.
Overall, I'd have to say try another vendor like API or Austin Graphics.
