I use Single Source for all my Transactions, the purple team specifically. Ashish & Nichole & Nicole, are always there to help and are very responsive. In today’s climate where customer service has gone downhill in various industries, Ms. Ingram at Single Source has demonstrated that great customer service is very well alive! Marquita helped in making the home selling process stress free. She was very thorough in explaining documentation and what to expect during the entire process. What I appreciated the most from this experience was follow up communication from Marquita asking if everything went well for us. I am firm believer that if someone does a great job at something they should be recognized and I just wanted to recognize everything

It was a very positive experience. We signed on time and got the keys right after signing. The documents were registered the same day as well. Also, Jennifer provided us with a complete copy of the documents and they were ready when I arrived to pick them up. Everything went smoothly and fast. I'm very happy with their services!

Incredibly unsatisfied with my experience in this company. I closed on my home 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the keys and garage door openers. Every time I’ve called to ask about this I get transferred to a voicemail and nobody ever calls me back with any response or solution. I came in person asking for my garage opener and keys, and nobody seemed to know where they were or how to get them. Absolutely insane.

Definitely would not recommend Single Source at all. They are unresponsive and do not keep the seller updated throughout the process. We closed on selling our home almost 2 weeks ago and have still not received any money from the sale. We live out of state and paid them to handle the sale and they have been terrible. Would give zero stars in I could.

A closing was originally set for 31 May but the TC dropped the ball on ordering an appraisal. Not the this company's fault, but after I (on the sellers' side) inquired about it that got the ball rolling. Appraisal came back, sellers had repairs completed in 48 hours of receipt. Closing bumped to that Friday, documents for review not emailed to me and clients until Friday morning. On Monday morning I realized the amounts were wrong, both agents had been paid an incorrect commission. I notified Single Source - Grey Team - and was told all would be fixed. Single Source has proven - through the reviews and first hand experience - to be extremely unreliable. We were supposed to close on our home on 16 January, and we had already moved to another state. Close of business came on 19 January and we were never informed that the house was delayed on closing an extra day. Finally on 20 January the home closed, and it is now the 23rd. Our attorney paid for overnight shipping for our closing funds check. Single source never sent the check out. After multiple calls, they then provided a FEDEX tracking number promising that it would arrive on the 23rd. The
