I brought my 4 week old in to see Dr. Geisler for tongue, lip, and buccal ties. Even though I’ve been through this before with my older son, I was still feeling sad and nervous to get the procedure done this time around because I feel so bad putting him through it and then having to do stretches for so long. My experience here has been awesome. I did not invest in my teeth over the years and was in need of major work. I came in looking for advice on what direction to choose and what was priority. Dr Geisler took quite a bit of time to explain pros and cons of three different options. Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. I had a horrible fear of going to the dentist to a point of requiring nitrous oxide to just have simple work done. With her, I am nitrous oxide free and my daughters feel relaxed as well. She will never push you to do a treatment that are expensive when there is a less expensive route. She will give you your options and the pros and cons of each.

We love Life Smiles. Our son had ties (lip, tongue, and both cheeks) released at this office, and we could not be more happy with them. We loved them so much that my husband and I switched our dental care here too! Dr. Geisler is probably the best dentist I've ever worked with, she is so knowledgeable and great. The dentist, Dr. Krista Geisler, has major confidence in her ability to perform dental work. In the middle of a procedure, she quit because she lost faith in her ability to do what needed to be done. She has no people skills. My new dentist has spent the past year cleaning up her mistakes. I am paying out of pocket for some since Life Smiles messed up with my insurance company.

I tried to work with this dentist, but it was a failed journey. She does not understand dental anxiety nor does she do anything to help. She does not even like to use novacaine unless it was a major procedure. She wanted to finish an implant for me without any numbing at all. (Removing post and placing crown.) She does not use nitrous because she thinks the gas also affects her. She wears a mask but says nitrous "escapes" and bothers her during a procedure. Kind of selfish. I brought my first daughter here and had a successful lip and tongue revision. When I brought my twins here I was ordered I have to bring them to the chiropractor first before getting lip and tongue ties revised, which I then did. Then I scheduled my appointment to get it completed. I walked in the office and they took the pictures and said I then needed to visit some other specialist and then they would complete them. I was quite livid I wasn't informed of this before I brought them to their appointment or I wouldn't have wasted my time. It's not easy hauling my twins to appointments

Had a great experience with Dr. Geisler and the whole office staff. I came in as a new patient after just moving to the area. The office staff was very warm and friendly. Dr Geisler took the time to ask questions and get to know me in her office even before sitting down in the dental chair. The dental assistant was nice also and offering suggestions to try to make the x-rays as painless as possible. The only complaint I have was that there was not enough time to get my exam and cleaning done in the appointment scheduled so I have to return a month later (next available after work appointment) for

My wife has had deep cleaning and teeth whitening, my 2 children have their routine check ups here. Today I went and had a deep clean done , half of it anyways, and overall very happy with the level of service I've received.
They clearly go through my invoices and it's clear outline on what is out of pocket vs covered(estimates).
Fairly accommodating in time schedules, I do wish they had more PM hours (post6pm)

This was the best dentist experience of my life! I was in town on business and had an emergency - so used Yelp to find this place. Dr. Geiser was courteous, professional and changed a filling for me quickly and painlessly. Her assistant, Tracy, was friendly and upbeat. Dental hygienist, Nellie, cleaned my teeth and was lovely and did a terrific job. Office staff couldn't have been nicer. Overall - I am extremely impressed and would recommend this office highly.
