Almost signed a lease with this guy. Very difficult to work with & pushy, we disclosed we had a dog, (when pets were ok at rental) & that we have an ESA (emotional support animal) document signed by a physician prior to running credit checks & charging $60/person. He increased price on lease to $50/mo. pet rent and $400 pet deposit & would not waive it. It's against the law to charge pet rent and a pet deposit when you have a disability & an ESA form. He refused to remove these fees therefore we didn't sign. He also pushed a Tenancy Addendum - "Will not need any rental assistance" document....we

You get what you paid for.
For example, this guy is keeping a rental property on the market for 3 months, while all the other rental properties in the same subdivision get rented within a week or two. He might talk to you like he is doing everything. But he doesn't even answer the phone. No associate to help the work or to answer the phone. Never replies an email. Not even a voice mail.
What a waste.. Wasting others time as well.
