Services
Serving Marietta's pets and critters since 1979, Town & Country Veterinary Clinic offers full-service, affordable dog boarding and cat boarding. Your pet is fed at least twice a day of either our highly digestible blend of Purina EN or your pet's own food. We offer a 'playtime service' where your pet goes in our fenced-in yard and exercises with a kennel technician.
At Town & Country Veterinary Clinic we offer affordable pet grooming as one of our services for your dog or cat. Dogs and cats can get dirty and their fur can get matted. We have terrific groomers who love to make your pet look, feel and smell their best. A well-groomed pet is a healthier and happier pet.

Sadly Dr. Good passed away and now his son is running things.... what a joke. His son Phil is probably the worst Vet in Atlanta.... and Veterinary was not his first choice as a career! I stopped by there the other day to pick up some supplies.... I still felt like I would support them. The parking lot was empty, no customers..... they told me they couldn't help me and it would be the next day before they could help me with my needs. This was never the case before..... so I wish them all the luck in the World, without my support. BTW.. I didn't think it was possible..... but his help has gotten

I have been going to Town and Country Vet for the last decade. I will not be going back. Dr. Michael Good sadly passed away this year; his son Dr. Phil Good is now running the operation. Running late is standard and T&C has made an art form out of it but when you are made to wait an hour consistently, it is too much. I confronted Phil Good about regularly being made to wait; he was defensive saying he had to perform a surgery on another animal; then he blamed it on the absence of his deceased father and the lack of staff; this should tell you something when one blames the departed.

We have been taking our Dog to Town and Country for the past 6 years. A while back she was diagnosed by Dr. Michael Good with HGE. HGE is a potentially fatal condition that requires immediate treatment. DR. Good was adamant that this could return and if our dog started showing these same symptoms again, We were to bring her in Immediately as it was life threatening.
Well yesterday the symptoms returned and our dog was very sick. First thing this morning I took her up there as I told to do. They refused to even see her. They told me NO appointment, No service. I tried to explain over and over that

My wife took her cat in for a general exam and it ended up costing her over $400 to find out nothing is wrong with the cat. They also injured the cat's leg to the extent it could not walk on that leg. I went in with my wife the next day to speak to the Veterinarian Dr. Pill Good who turned out to be very rude and belligerent and unapologetic for his staff's treatment of my wife cat. Simply put the most obnoxious display by a "Professional" Care giver i have ever experienced. Absolutely do not take your pet there!

I called before hand and asked if I could tour the boarding area before booking and was told yes. I arrived at the suggested time and was greeted by two young ladies. One was eating her breakfast at the front desk while they debated whether a tour was permitted by Jimmy. Wjo the heck is Jimmy and why am I hearing this debate. Needless to say I walked out!
The odor in the lobby was off putting and should have been first hint for what to expect.

Currently in the parking lot writing this review. I just want to start off by saying this company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. They quoted me and my sister a certain price and even offered military discount, when we got here not only did they not take the discount they said I had to be ACTIVE duty military. Any veterans looking to come here just know your service isn’t appreciated here and to look elsewhere. Secondly, they were uncomfortably rude. Never again will my baby visit this place.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They deserve absolutely nothing. They mutilated my poor angel and completely screwed up her surgery. We took my dog in for a spay and tumor removal service and they cut… her in the wrong place and had the audacity to tell us it went great, that the tumor was removed, and it wasn’t cancerous. What freaking tumor? If y’all didn’t even remove the ONLY tumor she had that we showed them prior to the surgery. Dr. Good and his staff are the worst people I’ve ever seen handling these innocent pets. When we called to get answers

I don't have the words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Good and his staff for their kindness, compassion & love for animals. The animals truly come first here. The office may not have all the latest & greatest in technology as far as files or check out procedures or a designer waiting room, but it does have an extreme overflow of love & knowledge for their patients. Last Friday was my first visit to Town & Country Vet and even though I no longer live in Marietta, I have told my kids and all of my Marietta friends through social media about their great deeds & their Homeless Pets Foundation

Failed to return any calls when called with serious concerns in the failure of presenting the groom requested by the client for their pet.....My dog was shaved bare when a request for a moderate grooming was requested for his full coat.....He was removed of 90% of his coat if not more....the breed I own is not one to cut the coat too short or his fur will not grow back properly. I left multiple messages for a return call over 2 days yet, no attempt at a call back was made by the groomer. I suggest not to bring your pet here. There is a sense that your pet is treated as a $$$ in bulk and the more
