Been living here for almost two years. And I have nothing but good things to say. Sure I’ve had to deal with my fair share of rude neighbors but I addressed my issues and they were handled. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind to my two children. And picking up my packages has always been super smooth. I usually wait one extra day to pick up my things because so many people live here so I want to give the office a chance to place my packages in the room they set up for pick ups. I personally like living here.

Let's jump straight to the point, I order a lot of stuff from Amazon, they arrive and then I wait days before I pick my packages up, I'm about to switch having my packages come to the office and will have them delivered to an Amazon locker, if they work out a real package delivery system for their residents I might stay next year, other than that I'm 100% leaving on my next lease renewal date. It is very inconvenient.
And please don't reply to me with a phone number asking me to call and discuss the issue, I addressed my issue pretty well and it's your turn to take action and solve this issue

I don’t normally do reviews.. I have been living at the commons for almost 7 years and I feel the need to do one now. Teresa at the leasing office is the MVP she is always polite and courteous and attentive to my needs. You’ll be in great hands if you work with her. Overall it is a great place to live

So far, we are loving it! The welcome package was adorable. It made us feel like we weren't just moving into a building, but into a community. My children are super excited to try out the playground equipment and they are equally excited to have relaxing mornings and evenings on our balcony. The neighbors we have met so far have been pleasant and friendly. Everything seems to be falling into place and we are very pleased with our new apartment! Also want to mention that maintenance has been great! They took the time to talk to my husband and mention tips to him that we otherwise wouldn't have thought

My husband and I moved in beginning of April. We're really enjoying living here. The neighbors are nice and the place is quite. The grounds are well maintained (maintenance staff really stays on top of things. Our place is updated and spacious and we've made it our cozy home:) About a week ago the staff (led by Theresa) threw a pool party for the residents with Mission BBQ and a DJ. What a nice time (the pool is so big!) really nice event the staff put on. I look forward to more community events.
