I really wanted to love my loft but every single aspect of living at Circle F made it hard. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are sufficient and it’s nice to see properties like circle f in Trenton however, the execution fell through.
1. THERE ARE MICE! i saw small traces of them after i first moved in and told maintenance immediately. They filled my unit with tons of sticky traps that did absolutely nothing. (Which also meant i had to check the traps myself ) Weeks later i heard them in the walls above my unit and it was hard to sleep. Called maintenance again and they set out even more

Mice are everywhere! We even found mice droppings on our BED. We complained multiple times until they came and put mouse traps everywhere. There is a leak in our apartment that floods every time it rained, so we complained about 3-4 times and no one has come to fix it. We have to keep a towel on the floor so it doesn't spread to our electronics. Also, I pay to park in the apartment lot and my car was broken into, along with 9 other. There's no security and no cameras anywhere except the front and back door (I'm pretty sure no one monitors it). The apartments are nice to look at but very poorly

Sara Landau hit the nail on the head. I hope they spent the summer in better preparation for this winter but have little to no hope. I was told we'd get screens put in our windows in the spring and still nothing. Will be considering breaking my lease if the mold comes back this winter.
Also the interior looks like jail. Not sure why they never painted or put artwork on the walls.
