First and foremost, the curbside service doing this pandemic was perfect. The tech and vet were excellent with the handling of my dog. I was always worried about an astronomical bill from Falls Road for what I had heard from other pet owners but the service I received was well worth it and the bill was MUCH lower than I expected. I was even given an X-Ray estimate before the service was provide. Kudos to Falls Road Animal Hospital!

Overall this is a reliable and trustworthy place to take a pet, especially in an emergency.
It is hard to find a place to bring a rabbit in the Baltimore area for a late night emergency. FR took in my Ozzy late Sunday night - even though there was not an exotic vet in the facility at the time, they stabilized him and helped manage his pain. They scheduled his surgery for Tuesday, and so far have been very up front about the cost and what to expect. Someone I spoke to Sunday said no news is generally good news, which would later be reassuring.
On Tuesday, his surgeon Dr. Herko, kept me up to date

My autistic daughter and I took her therapy chicken to Falls Road Animal Hospital today knowing he needed to be euthanized. He was very old and had cancer and possibly a stroke. We were told that we could not be with him when he gets euthanized because he is an "exotic". So he was taken to be euthanized, and we were told we would have him back… in about 10 minutes. It ended up being an hour and a half before we got him back. No one ever bothered to call us to let us know what was going on. My autistic daughter is freaking out because she wants her chicken back. After 40 minutes I call to

My hamster was bleeding and lethargic, nobody was available to take an exotic pet, let alone an emergency. This place took him IMMEDIATELY when I got into the parking lot, cared about him, and were FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this place for your emergency needs, your small exotic pets, or your big pets too. I am forever grateful for how they helped us today after I spent literally hours crying, trying to find help somewhere!

My dog got into something and was vomiting and had diarrhea. Falls not my fave but grateful it was nearby. Experienced horrible customer service Unmasked employee came to our car and I asked her to put on a mask. She replied ‘no’. She then snarkily said. ‘ I can take your dog or get a mask- your choice.’ Unkind and rude. Front desk person making… ‘your chart’ was snarky and hung up on me.
Dr Bloom was great. I am appreciative. I reported the techs behavior to the manager who told me an ‘education session’ would be done- yeah great that will

I think our dogs care was ok after bringing him in for the Urgent care clinic. Two days after our visit I received a voicemail saying to call back and the rest of the message was not understandable. I called back twice now and had to leave a message and have also emailed twice since receiving the original call on July 15th. Due to not receiving communication back we will most likely not return to this clinic.

It is difficult to rate a vet when the only interaction was an emergency. They did address the emergency quickly, and when our dog was having a seizure. Unfortunately they could not save him and we had to have him put down. We did have him cremated through the vet and the provided a very nice package, including a plaster imprint of our dog's paw.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RABBIT HERE. My poor boy left with a visible cut in his eye which was also swollen and bulging. The vet told me it was because he was dehydrated from his fever, but why would his eye be scratched? Plus they are very agressive with pushing you to spend more and more. I paid $1.3k for a rabbit in worse condition than I left him, a wounded eye, and they even used another pet's name in his discharge instructions. My bunny was VERY obviously able to take water by syringe orally in the car ride back home and all evening today but they claimed he wasn't drinking and needed IV fluids

We brought our pregnant dog to the ER there because she was in labor. There was literally a puppy sac poking out of her. Because she was able to walk, they told us she wasn’t in active labor and to just take her home and monitor her. A few hours later she pushed out a dead puppy. We called back and couldn’t be seen so we had to take her out Towson… for an emergency c-section. At this point two other puppies were in distress and died. So out of the 6 she was pregnant with, only 3 survived. Falls Rd never even gave our dog an ultrasound to see if the heartbeats of the puppies were

The absolute WORST experience I have had with any business,. I called them 40 minutes prior to showing up to let them know I was coming and there was somebody able to see my Parrot in TIME,. Then I rushed out of the house and down I-695 to Falls Road, I SAT in the parking lot for 25 minutes at least with my CAR door wide open in the FIRST parking… space by the entrance,. Watching MULTIPLE people taking care of ANYBODY but ME,. all while I watched my Exotic Parrot BLEED to DEATH,. and then when I finally get seen the vet says he lost to much blood and dies,. I would NOT recommend this vet

I highly would NOT recommend FRAH. Their lack of customer service and communication with their clients is appalling. After speaking with 3 receptionist throughout 3 days... I still have yet to hear from a vet (I was only told my vet was on vacation when I had to call back a second time...) and/or a call back from receptionist regarding medication… my pet needed 3 DAYS ago. I'd like to add that this was a code red situation and my pet is at end of life. Their lack of compassion once my pet was discharged from an overnight stay is underwhelming. Their lack of concern regarding medicine my
