That phrase perfectly describes Flexpress - from our digital printing capabilities to our service to our corporate culture. When we first began, we were printing materials digitally for ourselves. We owned a software firm and needed a way to create high-quality manuals as updates came out. Once we bought the digital press, we didn't want it to sit idle, so we offered our services to other companies.
Our Xerox iGen 3 and 4 deliver the perfect combo of speed and quality: 110 pages per minute, with resolution up to 600 x 4800 dpi. When size matters, we offer printable areas up to 14.33" x 20.5". We can print on a big variety of surfaces, sizes and papers to give you the look and feel you want. Plus, our two Xerox DocuTechs make us a printing and publishing powerhouse.
We offer four power-packed presses and a big variety of binding options, so you'll get the best possible combination of quality, speed and price. Xerox iGen 3 and 4. I'm the general manager, so I do a bit of everything: answering phones, getting quotes, buying paper, coordinating the bindery, running presses, and overseeing the whole operation. The owners and the people here are great, and I really like the fact that I can bring my dog, Carson, to work. In off hours, you'll find me hanging out with Carson or working out at the gym.
It's my job to explain the features of our products and services, recommend solutions to our clients, answer questions about what we provide, and relaying feedback from clients so that jobs are printed on time and as promised. I also search for new clients and call on current clients to tell them about the latest and greatest things at Flexpress.

I have been ordering from this company for a year now. I received an order today and within 5 minutes of receiving it I emailed the company to let them know I received the wrong color. I then called them 30 mins later bc I was frantic as I have an yard card placement coming up in a week and a half. Not only did the manager deny me sending the incorrect color back in exchange for the correct color, but he said he would exchange it for a fee of $110, as if right before the holidays needless to say I have another $110 to spend on correcting the order I already bought! Terrible customer service. Will
