Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
This law firm is a total waste of valuable time! They’ll take your case and then ignore you. No work being done! They are hoping the case will miraculously solve its self. If you are frustrated and voice your opinion as to how inept they are, they are extremely offended.... hmmmm... NOT A GOOD FIRM!!! If I were you I’d steer clear!!!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Very professional and responsive team, unlike others in the town. They gave me a meeting time for a phone call and it was spot on. While they could not assist me with my endeavors they were highly professional and I would recommend them simply off the conversation we had. Thank you for your time.

Don’t walk away from this business....RUN! Inability to resolve a simple dispute and non-communicative. When called out on his lack of ability - was offended- well, boo hoo! Truly, choose another attorney (unfortunately in the sticks you dont get the best). Theres a reason why they live where they can feel like a big fish in a small pond.
Oh and forgot to mention that the person who answers the phone sounds like a high school kid with very little knowledge.
I dont want to beat a dead horse but basically if you are looking for a Pit Bull/ Bull Dog kind of representation - this

After we purchased our home, we discovered the seller had done extensive renovation without a building permit. We were responsible for fixing the seller's shoddy work. We contacted Lance Law who did the paperwork for the sale and put together all documents requested. Jack Lance never returned our calls despite leaving messages with Richard and other staff. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
