Our firm regularly sells real estate transactions with dozens of real estate attorneys around Georgia and The Law Office of Chad Knott, LLC stands out as the only firm that charges corporate entities a mail-away fee. Paying fees for document recording, overnight mailings and bank wires is common and should be expected but charging incremental fees for a “mail-away” with no explaination as to the basis of this fee is a Chad Knott “special." Even worse, our firm inquired about any such fees three weeks prior to closing, never received a reply and then it wasn’t until the day before closing

Chad Knott and his staff have handled the closing of two separate houses for me in the past five months. They proves to be very professional and were always available to answer any question that I had.
