My ears were tickled with everything I wanted to hear, and Mr. Caruso’s law office seemed different and actually care. After I signed on I maybe spoke with Mr. Caruso three times over two years. He didn’t honor his proposed arrangement, and I was nickel and dimed excessively. I was persuaded (I say forced) to pay for medical expenses I wasn’t responsible for. When I questioned it he would not see me. I helped him more than he helped me in my opinion. I thought he held himself to a higher standard, but he wants the quick money even if it means not fighting for his client. Make your decision

They lied MANY times about the status of my case and what actions were being done and made excuse after excuse as to why they didn't follow through; Several times they said they were "on their way to file my case" and blamed the pandemic even though the courts were open throughout the pandemic. They didn't file my case until almost a year after I signed on with them.
They seemed to get really annoyed if I asked any questions.
2 years later, my case finally settled and the paralegal gave me 2 free movie tickets (LOL!!) saying, "i know your case took much longer

I worked with Mark and his assistant Jacque for almost two years on an auto accident case. My case was particularly gruesome because there was a fatality. This left me with some real trauma around the incident and talking about it wasn't easy.

A former employee of theirs made some very disgustingly racist comments and Mr. Caruso immediately responded very kindly and very respectfully to the controversy. He very clearly does not support comments such as those, and does not deserve to be treated poorly for said former employees actions. I'm very happy that he responded so quickly and maturely and hope that Facebook will work to remove this fine office from that guy's page so they don't have to suffer for his ignorance

Highly recommend Caruso and his staff of attorneys and legal assistants. I got caught with no health insurance when the other car caused the accident and I got injuries. Mark was able to get me to a doctor that didn't charge me anything until the settlement came from the other guys insurance. It was like I had health insurance, and I got taken care of by the doctors.
