Services
Yes, you want someone you can trust knows the law and your rights. But you also want someone who will listen to your needs and help you handle sensitive issues with care and concern. I'm Garth Click, a Nashville native and local attorney who has helped hundreds of people set up wills to ensure that their children, families and assets are properly taken care of should something happen to them.
After losing a loved one, the last thing you want is the hassle of handling their estate and assets. That's why you want to have a caring, supportive attorney by your side for the probate administration process. My goal is to make the process simple for you while ensuring your loved one's wishes are carried out properly.

I initially engaged Garth to craft a full suite of estate planning documents (i.e. Last Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Proxy) for my mother before a quickly approaching medical procedure. He turned the documents around within a few days for a very reasonable price, and he even delivered and notarized them before her surgery. Based on the great experience, my husband and I utilized his services for ourselves. Despite our needs being more complicated (e.g. multiple trusts), we still had newly executed documents within a week.

I engaged Henry Garth Click to represent me in a contract dispute. During & after the Circuit Court hearing on 11/30/2015, Click substantially failed to perform on my behalf, as explained below. When I attempted to de-brief after that hearing, Click asked to defer such; that we would reconvene in a few days.
On 12/01/2015, I wrote a letter to him identifying FIFTY-ONE different points which he failed to challenge &/or utilize hard evidence on my behalf.
The next communication which I received from him was a letter dated 12/16/2015, which I received on 12/18/2015, sending the court&apos
