My husband and I were looking for someone who would listen to our details, concerns and desires to video our special day. We are SO glad we put our trust and money towards ValCinema, they were MORE then what we even expected and SO appreciate everything from the first time we spoke with them to when we met their staff member the day of the wedding. For a VERY picky couple, the video was NOT just a video, it was a moment of when my husband and I can look back and remember the things that became such a blur for us. I can’t stop watching our video! I’m in love with every part of it! And I love that I got all the raw footage so I can look back through the day. Because it’s true, as the bride it goes by in a flash and all you have are the stories people tell you from that day. But now I can go back and watch most of those parts plus a highlight of our day! Can’t say enough amazing things about this company!

Valcinema worked with us for a year and a half to prepare for our special day this past June in the gorgeous Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee! The photos turned out incredible, and when we wanted a change to our wedding video, they were super quick to make the changes and give us the most perfect video to commemorate our special day. Not only is the work top notch, but the photographers we worked with were so easy to work with and guided us through every step of the way. Our wedding package was also extremely affordable for both a videographer and photographer with drone footage.

Val Cinema went above and beyond to make my video everything I had dreamed it would be! They were very responsive and Carol did an excellent job of making sure that I received everything and answered any questions that I had through the process. Val Cinema had a call with me around a month out from the wedding date that was very organized and made me feel comfortable about how the day would be laid out. They take around 3 months to deliver the videos back to you, but it is worth the wait for such a high quality video! I would recommend Val Cinema to anyone who is getting married!

I found ValCinema while doing a basic videographer search online, hoping to find someone that was in a more affordable price range than the previous quotes we had received. They delivered a beautiful wedding video- as soon as it started playing i just started crying. They were also so easy to work with and so helpful during the wedding planning process. Our wedding day turned out to be rainy and gross - but we decided to go with our outdoor wedding plans and Valcienma did everything they could to give us the perfect wedding video. They were also kind and helped out in any way during the wedding day. I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs

I have spoken with at least a dozen videographers and ValCinema had the best customer service and responsiveness by far. My wedding is not until next July but I already feel so catered to! My fiancé and I were toying with the idea of not doing a videographer, but ValCinema completely changed our minds! I am so excited and grateful that they will be doing our wedding video. They are so kind and accommodating - ValCinema is definitely unmatched!!

Absolutely beautiful production of our wedding day. They captured the full essence of what we desired and didn't leave any part out. They kept with each request we sent their way, even when we thought it was too late, without hesitation or complaint. They were great to work with and very professional! WARNING! No one plans on calling off a wedding, but stuff happens. I understand I signed a contract, but we are 7 months away from the wedding and they won't return the deposit. The fact that this company doesn't even return the deposit under any circumstance is sickening. I'd understand a little more if they weren't able to book anyone if I cancelled like 2 months out, but 7 months? Come on guys. Thank you for your service and I'm glad I could give you $800 for nothing.

From the very beginning, ValCinema Productions has been an absolute pleasure to working with. From the initial phone call for information, to booking and making a time line and requests for the video, the team was able to put together a wonderful video of my wedding that myself and my family and friends can enjoy for years to come. There was a little bit of miscommunication with my video but I contacted them and they resent me an updated video with my requests and it all turned out great.
