I am in the middle of those hard, but incredible years with a very loud house and I wouldn't change it for the world. Having my own children only increased my passion for documenting the lives of families.

Thank you so much for checking out my work! Photography has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am so grateful for the influences of many artists in my family and have always felt the sentimental need to document life. That passion continued to grow and in 2008 I took the leap and poured all my time and energy into documenting life for others.
Being pregnant isn't always the most glamorous, but trust me- you'll be glad to have this time in your life documented. And your children will love to see these pictures one day! Maternity sessions are done between 30-36 weeks when mama is still comfortable. Maternity sessions are offered as a Mini Session add on to clients who book a Newborn Session.
My approach to newborn sessions is very relaxed. The goal is to capture the excitement and pure joy of finally having that sweet baby in your arms. I capture a mixture of simple posed baby pictures and lifestyle family pictures in your home. Being home for this type of session makes you more comfortable and perfectly documents this season of life.
One of my very favorite things about this job is when I'm able to document your baby's 1st year. You will not even believe how much and how fast they change. My Milestone Sessions (perfect for 3 months, Sitting Up and 1 year) are the best way to make sure you have pictures from all these special moments.
Family sessions for me aren't about posing people all dressed in matching clothes. It's about capturing who you are today. Children are encouraged to play, kiss and hug their parents. Parents are encouraged to relax and let your family have fun. You will love the pictures more if you try to relax and think of this as an experience and not something to check off your list.

Leslie took our newborn photo shoot in her home studio and we were thrilled with the results. She was able to get us in really quickly over a holiday week and she had all of the accessories available. Everything was very clean and she was very professional. She was also very patient and waited for our little one to calm down after throwing a fit before finishing the shoot. The turnaround for us to receive our pictures was very quick. Overall it was a great experience and we loved our pictures.

We are so thankful for the photos that Leslie and Dusty took of our family. They are timeless and capture personalities so perfectly. They hang on our wall, and I smile every time I walk past them. They were also very patient with our 9 month old during the picture taking process :) I highly recommend them and cherish the memories they captured for us.

Leslie and Dusty were AMAZING. I was the type of bride that didn't really want to be involved and wanted to just trust others to make everything amazing and Leslie and Dusty were just that. I didn't have to worry about a thing and completely trusted them to make good decisions for pictures and they turned out so perfect! Their energy is so fun and so positive and that is exactly what you need on your wedding day. I would recommend them to anyone!

Leslie & Dusty photographed our wedding and our engagement session almost 2 years ago. I can't say enough great things about them. Their laid back yet still professional attitude was perfect for us. They helped our wedding day flow smoothly and documented the day perfectly. When the bus for our wedding party didn't show up at the church they improvised and still managed to photograph us on the bridge downtown because they knew that was important to us. I'm so grateful for their amazing talent.

Leslie and Dusty were delightful! They were always so sweet and easy going but also very professional. They were the photographers for my daughter's wedding and were truly wonderful. I had a terrible photographer when my husband and I married and know how much stress that kind of situation can add.

Leslie and Dusty are simply amazing. They were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We are not an easy couple to photograph (mostly because my husband hates taking pictures), but they did an amazing job at making him feel at ease and we finally have pictures we can frame! My husband loved dealing with Leslie and Dusty because they could answer any question he threw at them...and there were lots of questions. Leslie and Dusty were beyond wonderful! They are a talented team of photographers, who take beautiful pictures! We used them for our rehearsal dinner and wedding pictures, and we couldn't have been happier with the results! They did an excellent job of capturing everyone's emotions, the small details, and helping us find comfortable poses to remain natural. We ended up with so many incredible pictures of our wedding day and rehearsal dinner! It was impossible to pick my favorite ones!
