Justin represented me in more than one case where it was not my fault. I am so glad that I called. These guys were great! We had a major accident that totaled our SUV and gave us a trip to the ER. It was the other guy’s fault, so his insurance company called us right away to settle it quickly (to “help” us). Good thing we called Justin McMinn at the McMinn law firm before talking to anyone! Stay away from this law firm at all costs!!!!. The reason they seem to have only positive reviews is because they aggressively threaten to sue anyone who dares to post a negative review about them. What kind of lawyer threatens their own client when they have all the hard evidence of the injury and trauma you have already been through.

The McMinn brothers are awesome! My friends and I got in a car accident in Jan 2017, and they helped with everything start to finish. My son was in a collision about six months ago. He went to the hospital by ambulance and suffered a broken arm as a result of the impact. We hired the McMinn Law Firm to represent him. From day one, these guys were on top of my son's case. They referred us to a specialist and made sure my son got the best medical treatment. They handled all the insurance issues and really made the process easier to deal with.
