We ordered 13 large banners and only 8 arrived. The customer service was subpar. We followed up with our order multiple times to ensure it was correct, and they still botched it up. I had to stay on the line to get a refund for our banners and not once did they take responsibility for our incorrectly processed order. Please do your large scale printing elsewhere!

These guys are great. They're capable, and have a super convenient online tool for submitting your files. I just needed a couple quick prints, same day in the afternoon and they didn't even charge me. They also had the prints ready within 30 mins of uploading the files. I'll be making it up to them for the free prints. But really, what more could one ask for?

I do a lot of business with OBP, and, after trying nearly a dozen sign and banner shops around town and in Vancouver, they are hands down the best. They almost always have the best price, certainly have the best turn-around on projects, a great selection of materials, and they're just a fun group of people who know how to be professional as well.

The owner of the company/building is hugely unprofessional and confrontational. We were yelled at for minding our own business because we happened to be leaning against his fence. I don't know anything about what they do but if they're the kind of people who start trouble over something like that, probably take your business elsewhere.

A+++++++ - I work for a small local business - we have many small projects. Its easy to push us to the side and focus on their big businesses they work with. But they treat me as important as any other customer. The patients, attention to detail, and customer service is all top notch.
I come in about once a year - but the still remember and act as if I am a regular that comes in more often. Highly recommend for all your printing needs.

I had a bunch of family records sent to me when my father died, suddenly requested by other relatives. They were on long, taped together pieces of paper, odd sizes of paper, handwritten, hard to read. OBP sent me across the street to their other office at 825 Hawthorne, where a woman named Anita helped me. She asked questions about what I wanted and asked me to leave the papers with her. When I picked them up, I found she had sorted through, grouped things and labeled them, put everything in order, adjusted darkness for legibility, the kind of thing you would hire someone to do, not expect

I needed a a digital file from surveyors printed to a large sheet, 3'x4'. Most people don't have that size printer at home. The shop easily did it from the AutoCAD file for a reasonable price. (If you have a survey done, get the files, and know how to get them from the surveyor again if you loose your copy)
I used to go through convolutions at Kinko's to do it, but it is very difficult even if you bring your own software on your laptop, or even convert it to a .pdf before hand. Installing the Kinko's printing software on your own machine is a nightmare now, especially
