Ink Brigade

Recently we ordered company sweaters and tee shirts from them. They came in a timely manner and they even helped me find the right lettering we needed and couldn't find! We noticed the sweaters were having issues and some of the shirts as well, they worked very quickly and replaced everything! The new gear looks and feels fantastic thank you Jen and Ryan and everyone else for all the hard work you guys did for us!

Ink Brigade helped with my kids fun run tee shirts for school. I had NO idea what I was doing and I must have emailed Jen at least 25 times with 100s of questions. She was always extremely prompt with her responses and always very patient. She made the experience super easy and helped ease some stresses when we couldn't find the color we wanted. And always very upfront with our timeline and when we needed to get things ordered. I would recommend Ink Brigade to anyone and will use them again next year for our fun run. I received many compliments on the shirts design and the quality.

I'd have given these guys 10 stars but Yelp is holding back my enthusiasm for Ink Brigade. These guys helped me sort out my design, sent me lots of options for shirt styles, and then knocked the job out quicker than anyone else quoted. Plus, they're super quick to respond to questions. I mean, it is as if they like their work and want to make you happy with what they're doing or something. I cannot recommend Ink Brigade highly enough. Do it.

I work as an in-house designer and needed a lot of totes for an upcoming event at my company and Ink Brigade did a great job! Ryan and Carrie were great with communication from start to finish and we're really happy with the end product. Having worked with various other printers in the past Ink Brigade stands out and their prices are great. PS: I have an mfa in printmaking so I can be extra picky, but Ink Brigade totally came through.

These folks did a great job on my small order. They met with me and let me get a look at the different shirts available that they thought would work best with my graphics, and made sure that the end product would look good. I'd been shopping around and wasn't happy with the variety of shirts other vendors had; I liked the selection here, and the staff's knowledge about how to make them work with the graphics. And they met my deadline with no problem. Would gladly come here again if I need more t-shirts.

There are so many print shops and many of them are awesome, but Ink Brigade has THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date... Totally my fault, I mixed up the date on the invoice. EVEN STILL, miraculously, they found out, gave me call and figured out a way to help me get my shirts and hats on time. I was so stoked and they were so nice about it that I literally brought them donuts. 5 billion stars! :)

Excellent communication and service. Requesting a quote for shirts can be intimidating when you don't know the nomenclature or what all the options are, but Ryan took the time to give a solid overview of the entire process as well as standard ordering options and prices. He and Carrie worked hard to make sure my organization's t-shirts were ready in time for our event, and we are so happy with the finished product! Will definitely be ordering more from Ink Brigade.

Needed a batch of custom hoodies for a work team. Carrie from InkBrigade was very responsive, helped work out some options with choosing manufacturer/fit for the hoodies, helped fix some vector art and guide us on color choice, and was very clear about deadlines and timing. The hoodies arrived on time and look great! They also delivered for free within Portland. Was great to be able to work with a local vendor vs. an online service, and cost was very competitive. Would definitely recommend if you need anything screenprinted.

The crew killed it on our order. Got it us before the said they would and there was no compromise on quality. Our shirts look sharp and will be a big hit at the TAFC Donut Derby soccer tournament. Totally would use them again and again and again.

Carrie at Ink Brigade makes ordering and printing so easy. She's a perfectionist, so when the texture of my flour sack towels were causing the ink edges to not be as crisp as she expected, she stopped the printing and took very detailed photos and checked in with me. When I provided artwork for t-shirts that was too small a file, she helped me to find a designer who could re-draw the art. When I wanted poly-blend shirts that she typically doesn't carry, she found the exact ones I was looking for from an alternate source. I have been using Ink Brigade for 4 years and I can't recommend them highly

We've gone to several local shops and used online services, but Ink Brigade remains the best. The attention to detail and kind accommodation they use is beyond professional, it feels like they care that you're happy with the product. And that's not something you get in many professional settings at all anymore. No matter who I speak to, I'm happy with the interaction and thrilled with the end product. The shirts look so good, I now notice other shirts that don't!

I recently used Ink Brigade to help create and print over 700 shirts for my son's elementary school fundraiser. From creative concept to completion, they were incredible (and I have high standards). These guys are great. I needed a couple of hundred shirts and had pretty specific requirements. Carrie helped me every step of the way, and every single interaction I had with her was superb. Friendly, helpful, good attention to detail... and great work as well. I'll use them again for sure.

We had a unique project with not a lot of time and Ink Brigade more than delivered. Shirt delivery was quicker than expected and the quality was top notch! I can't wait to find a reason to use them again.

Entirely excellent service, quality, and customer support. The prices were right and Carrie (the representative I worked with) was very thorough walking me through the details and options.

The only thing I wished they offered would be a chance to see the actual blank shirt stock in person before placing the order. This would be helpful for understanding sizing, feel, and color. I understand though that it isn't feasible for a small shop like this to keep samples of everything in stock.

Ink Brigade was incredibly helpful in choosing the right garments to print on, patient while my team and I hammered out the minor details and delivered a super high quality printed tee - to our door for free! It's rare to find a place that simplifies something like branding merchandise when you have such a vast amount of choices. I will definitely be using them again in the near future!

I've worked with Ink Brigade twice to do various-sized runs of t-shirts for my company. They've totally rocked it both times.

Perhaps best of all, their pricing seems to be the best that I've seen locally. They also don't have any additional set-up or screen fees.

Their customer service is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient (on the first order, we probably spent a week or two just deciding what kind of shirt we wanted to use. They were totally helpful despite all our indecisiveness).
