Mr Ortiz is the greatest lawyer by far. Reason why I say this is because I was looking at 10yrs for a 1st degree aggravated robbery charge I didn’t commit. I talk to mr Ortiz and explained my situation and he believed in me and told me with no hesitation he was ready to fight for me. I been fighting this case for a year and while going through this… mr Ortiz and his legal team made sure I was all ways up to date. Mr Ortiz never gave up on me and he for sure went the distance. When offered a deal, he said "I work for you, I'll do whatever you want". My response was "I paid you so I can trust you to do what's best". In more words or less I heard "no deal, we're going for it"! 2 hours later my case was dismissed. As I sit in his office I'm writing this. Mr Ortiz is an ambulance chaser, he does care about his client's. He try's to rush things ONLY and I repeat ONLY to get HIS money. Him and his staff have done nothing for my husband's case. My husband has done all the leg work for his case. They want him to be done with his treatment when he is still hurt with 3 blow discs in his back. He is never available to take call's or return them. Where to begin, as i sit writing this post, I have just got back from court with my case being dismissed. This was a long and tedious road but worth the long wait.
