Called to make an appointment. Person who answered said they have an appointment available the same day in 30 min and asked if I could make it. I said ok but to PLEASE verify my insurance and that they accept it. She reported that they accept ALL PPO insurance plans and should not have any issues. When I arrived, the front desk was not the same person I spoke to on the phone. She asked me to fill out forms to which I replied “did you verify my insurance?” She said no and that she needs to see my card. I provided it and a printout from the insurance company with all the details I had. She ignored

As a dentist I am always wary of where to go for for my own treatment. Dr. Scott exceeded every expectation. I was very impressed by the efficiency and quality of every aspect of my dental care. Kudos to Natalie Scott and her entire staff! I will recommend Sunrise Dental to those looking for a general dentist in the Round Rock/ NW Austin area.

This is not a trustworthy dentist. Do not bring your business or family here. My family was at a different dentist for many years, and when he retired we switched our care over to Dr. Scott. In the two years that we were there, Dr. Scott either filled or recommended filling 30 + cavities between the four of us. In the past 10 years prior to being under Dr. Scott's care we had had maybe 4 cavities between all of us. To me, it feels like a money grab. She often recommends filling 4+ cavities at every 6 month cleaning that my family has been to. If, maybe, she is just a more aggressive dentist

Dr. Scott is the BEST dentist I've ever had!! She is so very gentle with her patients and takes the time to really understand/meet their needs. I love how calm and composed she is throughout the process. She is very detailed and thorough in her work and only recommends what is absolutely needed for you. She truly seeks to look out for the best interests of her patients. She is the ONLY dentist our family will ever go to! Her office is very clean and well maintained.

I am so happy right now, where do I begin. I had not been to my previous dentist for over 3 years. long story. I was referred to Dr. Scott and her team by one of my clients. Mine you I have bad anxiety with any dental work. I had my initial visit last week with Lucy, this girl is amazing, sweet, gentle even with the gum probe LOL . I met Dr. Scott she went over my treatment plan , explained everything , the pros and cons. She was so kind and sweet as well.

We absolutely love our dentist and recommend her to all our friends and family in Round Rock.
Heck, we even tell our friends in Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto, Austin and Taylor, Texas about her too. We've tried dentists from all over as we've moved, and a few years ago we discovered a local dentist who is just perfectly awesome.
Dr. Natalie Scott and her team are perfectionists. I love their attention to the details. They don't cut corners and always put their patient's care, health, comfort, and best interests first.
Today we both went for it and got laser teeth whitening - and the results

I’ve had quite a bit of work done at Sunrise Dental in Round Rock Tx. Always have a good experience. They send tend reminders, which is helpful. I’ve had 8-9 crowns and they look beautiful:) Dr Scott is very gentle with shots. Everyone is pleasant and I never have to wait. Really doesn’t get any better.

To preface this, I was going to my previous dentist since I was a kid but I changed dental insurance and was no longer covered there so I went here. My previous dentist is a very respectable/knowledgable/caring professional so I have pretty high standards.

Dr. Scott and her team are amazing. When I first came in, I had all had a lot of apprehensions about dental work. But Dr. Scott and her team put me at ease and not only got my teeth in great shape, they gave me my smile back. And for that I will be forever grateful because she doesn't know how much it really means to me to be able to smile without having to be self-conscious. I've been going to Dr. Scott since before she had her own practice and I can't recommend her enough! Last week, my tooth broke and next week, I go on vacation. Dr Scott was able to fit me in fast, and get it fixed ASAP. Her staff is great. I love Anna and Veronica. Oh, and did I tell you guys I drive 2.5 hours from Houston to Round Rock to see her? When you find someone you trust, you keep them! Thanks Dr. Scott!

Just took my 4 year old to Sunrise Dental to fill a cavity I noticed. In and out in no time. The doctor and staff were very friendly and have to say by far the best dentist office I have been to in a while. They were real good with my son and explained everything to him in a way he would understand. Definitely recommend. I'm switching my other son over too.

I have been going to Sunrise Dental for several years now and have always had the best of care whether it be regular cleanings, dental procedures or front desk needs. I just had dental work done at Sunrise Dental, and it was probably the best experience I could have asked for. The staff was incredible, I loved Anna. We showed each other pics of our kids while I was waiting for my mouth to numb.
Dr. Scott is the thorough, and patients, and explained everything to me so I understood the process. The office is great and the location was convenient. I'll be going back to get more work done soon.

Dr. Scott and her team are not only super nice, they do excellent work. I'm so lucky to have found them through reviews on Yelp. I used to hate going to the dentist after a horrible experience as a kid, Dr. Scott has given dentistry a whole new meaning. I never feel a thing, I'm even going to start taking my 2 year old as well.

I LOVE Dr. Scott. Her staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
I sadly had neglected my dental care for a few years since moving to Texas in 2009.
I needed some significant work and Sunrise Dental gave me a treatment plan that was broken into 5 steps and made it somewhat affordable.
I won't wait four years again! I promise!
