I got the Swedish/Thai massage combo from Irene. Went in today and got a deep tissue massage and it was top notch. Definitely not for the faint of heart because the pressure was intense, but that was exactly what I was looking for. It's my first time here so I can't comment on their other options, but if you need deep tissue work and you want a place that takes that seriously, come here.

This place is AMAZING. A fancy massage place I was going to go to was booked so I came here instead and honestly prefer it. It's so clean, the massage therapists are ALL talented, the people are so nice and it's way more affordable than luxury massage places. I come here weekly now and am so grateful for this business!

This is my 2nd time back after trying a couple of other places in the neighborhood and I have to say Mick is the absolute best. He gives the exact right amount of pressure, working out all my issues. He has a great sense of where to focus. Will definitely be coming back more regularly. Thank you Mick!! I was surprised they were able to get me in so quickly, which I appreciated as well. Also, wanted to update that I literally had the best night's sleep in ages following my massage! YES!

First time I came was with Moon she was amazing. This time was Leona and she is amazing.
But the front desk was VERY VERY RUDE.
she asked me for upfront cash and I only had $10 left out of $100 which I asked her to keep for tips she asked me to leave more tips to the girl since I'll do 90mins.
You can't tell me how much to tip and you can't ask me to tip BEFORE I even get the SERVICE
I didn't have any cash she was very impolite and didn't give me slippers.

I only write reviews when I feel that a business truly deserves praise, and the Delight Day Spa is absolutely one of those business. This is the best affordable massage spot I've ever been to. Everyone so far has been talented and top notch, but Kat is someone I personally recommend. My wife and I go as often as possible and every single time we're impressed. Overall, they go above and beyond all expectations, and that's rare.

I had booked a super fancy and expensive prenatal massage that I was really looking forward to, and they canceled me last minute. I called around because I really NEEDED massage and I had already set the time for it. Delight could take me immediately (it was 10am on a Saturday morning) and was nearby.
The place was very typical of tiny shopping mall massage parlours. I had no trouble finding it or parking bc it was still early, but there were loud generators outside. I didn't mind too much, I'm sure its not what they would want either, but just a solution of convenience. They welcomed

Nancy is amazing!
Had my first Thai massage ever here and I'll come back next time I'm in LA. The massage was very therapeutic and I felt so much better afterwards.
We had an appt and the guy at the front desk was very efficient, checked us in, we sat for maybe less than 5 minutes and then we were ushered in. I didn't even get to finish my Thai candy from the waiting area.
If anybody knows a place like this in SF East Bay, PM me!
