Our HP365 Latex printer broke down while running a tight schedule. Time and time again, A&A Graphics came to the rescue! They could have easily charged me $1,500 but talked me through a solution to FIX IT MYSELF with no charge for the service. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you quick response to getting our plotter back up and running. I initially spoke to Chuck who immediately scheduled our repair and got the parts shipped.
Lorenzo arrived on time to perform the service. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. It's good to know that there are still businesses out there that operate in a professional, efficient manner and do what they say they will do. A & A Graphics will definately be our first call next time we need service.

In the time that I've been dealing with A & A Graphics, they have been more than accommodating. They have helped with a number of issues that have popped up out of no where from ordering supplies I needed to sending a specialist out to trouble shoot a printer issue. I can see this turning into a business relationship that will last for a very long time.

I wish you had a grade of -5 instead of a 1 star.
Our company purchase a Konica Minolta with the free toner and for a monthly fee based on color copies and black copies.
When the persons came to install the machine, he never explained to our IT people that the Toner was free and all they needed to do is call to replace it.
We used the machine for over 4 years paying the Toner ourselves and paying the monthly fee for each color copies and black copies . When I found out I called the owners and explained that they been charging us this fees without they providing the Toner.

We recently purchased a Contex wide-format scanner from A&A. They have superior customer service (Russ, David, & Rich). They are very helpful and easy to talk to. Scott came in to install our new scanner and the service was excellent. Him and Doyle were extremely thorough in explaining the machine and software and provided excellent training for the members on our team who were unfamiliar.
