Jamie is a super human. I called last minute with an unusual request and he got to me real quick. NOW i will say this place specialized in legal and medical documents for HIGH VOLUME ITEMS. LIKE BOATLOADS OF PAGES AT ALL TIMES. And yes, the doors lock at 5 PM, but they are there if you call them. If not, you can E-mail them which is listed on their website. They are super responsive.

Great costumer service! I called as they were closing and they waited after hours for me to get there so I could print my rental agreement. I was able to email him the paperwork ahead of time so that it was ready for me upon arrival. Not only was he extremely friendly and professional, but I didn’t have the correct change, and instead of having me leave and come back with the proper change he gave me a new costumer discount so I wouldn’t have to break another bill. This place is located on the bottom floor and they are very responsive to phone calls so if you get confused or lost (like I did

Jaime came through at the last minute, midnight, out of the blue, to make sure my printing needs were met. He worked with me to get everything looking how I wanted, was very reasonably priced, and was a pleasure to do business with. People in search of late-night printing, even during Covid, would do keep this number handy. They do have a minimum order of $45, but I am constantly having to have things printed late, at the last minute. To be able to print in the evening and not have to leave it until the morning is worth double that.

I highly recommend this place. I called the representative on Sunday, and I was able to schedule a time to have my documents copied and scanned during the coronavirus. The copy jobs were completed in a timely matter. I did not have to wait very long. The person met me outside and escorted me into the building. All the work was performed in a timely and professional manner.

Do not let the negative reviews fool you! This place does exist! The print shop is located on the lower level of the building, so you cannot even see it from the street. Service was quick, professional, and great quality! I would highly recommend calling before-hand, especially if you will be coming before/after "regular business hours" as the building itself locks up, but they are likely still open inside!
