Commonly referred to as "Giclee" printing. Water based pigmented inks with highest level of print permanence currently available. Prints created in this method have excellent color gamut and can be done on over 50 different papers and more than 10 canvas options. Print surfaces - especially dark colors on matte papers - can be delicate, and need to be handled with a high level of care.

POV is the first and only place I have found in LA County that I trust to scan my artwork! The files come back amazing every time (4 pieces so far). The prices are reasonable and the best I found in my search for a fine art scanning service. They treat the artwork you bring in with care!
I have not had my prints done by them, but someone I ran into while dropping off my work said their prints were also amazing. A great print starts with a great digital file, and POV knows how to make that happen!

Between my initial reach out to Jeremy and the hand off to the studio manager Grace, I was able to express how my master printer of many past exhibits had taken ill at the 11th hour and placed my entire show of endangered species images (BIG cats) in jeopardy.

I partnered with POV to print a limited edition run of a portrait of my father, who recently passed away. Obviously this piece was very important to me and my family. I've worked with POV Fine Art Printing for almost a year now. I'm a graphic designer recently turned full time painter. I've have taken many paintings to POV for high res scanning. Because of my background in design and design tech, I know quality. Not only are the scans top quality, and the color gorgeous, but Jeremy and the POV staff is are knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Beautiful work every time. Set up an appointment via their website to discuss a project; no one ever showed. Called twice and no one answered. Finally a woman called me back who could not have been b@%tchier. Mocked my pronunciation of Giclee and became annoyed when I asked her what other services they offer. I would never do business with a company who employs such a rude person. Called Thomas Editiions at 213.258.5274 and spoke with a great guy who asked me to send my photos so he could recommend the best paper for the project, etc. SO GLAD I DID NOT USE POV!!

Very responsive, very professional. The first scan of my painting was outstanding and it was delivered early. Loved the way Grace guided me through the process for testing. I've tried several labs in town as well as a few online. POV far exceeds all of them for many reasons. For one, their website is super user friendly with lots of information at your fingertips. Every question you have can be answered on their website. They have a great selection of papers (which Jeremy took the time to help me pick out on my first order), Grace is wonderful to work with and is happy to answer questions and make sure your job runs seamlessly.

I've never had a Giclee produced before, but I was selling a very near and dear piece of original art and I wanted to have it replicated so I could at least still admire it.
First off, this was the only print shop out of the five or six I called that actually responded. I was contacted by Grace who was professional and answered all of my questions easily.
I dropped off on Monday morning and picked up late in the day on Tuesday. I must say that you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between the original and the reproduction.
I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I was so excited to get one of my collages finally printed professionally. Did my research and POV sounded like the best! I went on their website and was VERY impressed with it! Actually I believe I said "I have never seen a website so on-point at this!" Made me think they must be meticulous at their job! Then I scheduled a phone consult and drop off with Jeremy and Grace. They were extremely helpful and very supportive in the process of figuring out how best to begin my journey with them. I had such a wonderful experience working with Grace and Jeremy at POV. Making limited prints of my work is a very personal and terrifying experience and they walked me through every nook and cranny to make me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. This is such a personal and important stage in my art career and other printing houses could sense my vulnerability and were looking to take advantage of me, but POV were incredibly honest and trustworthy. I've now had POV Fine Art Printing do two jobs for me -- both aluminum prints. They did an excellent job both times -- the prints look fantastic, the process (test prints etc) went smoothly, and coordinator Grace bent over backwards to get me great results on a tight timeline.

This was my first time scanning or printing any artwork. I had called around LA, looking for a place that was open during Covid, and happily landed here! Grace was super patient in answering all my questions. I, unfortunately, had to quarantine for work, right in the middle of working out the order, and POV was super chill and understanding about my circumstances and picking up my work.
