If you currently mail postcards for your business and target your customers by a geographic area then this new mailing program by USPS is for you. EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is a new promotion being rolled out by the US Postal Service that enables regular retail businesses to mail at an astounding 14.5 cents per postcard without even needing to have a mailing address.
Businesses use us for creative services because of our ability to provide first class design at competitive prices. Our graphic design department has one focus: increase the response and grow the revenues of our customer's products and services through our creative assistance. We provide all levels of graphic design services.
Free artwork file review, to ensure that your artwork is designed to receive the lowest postage rate ($49 value). Free Move Updating (NCOA) of your mailing list to ensure you mail to the right people the first time ($99 value). Free Drop Ship Preparation when applicable (Get your mail there faster for less) ($49 value).
Set your Color Profile to CMYK: U.S. Sheetfed Coated v2. The Color Profiles are not saved within the template, they are set up by the user in the Color Settings in Photoshop (or another Adobe application). This setting will remain the standard for every file you open in Adobe, until you change this again.
Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Free delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day for your zone (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows.

A lot of people don’t know this but most printers are unwilling to go the extra mile for you. At DTLA Printer I get all my questions answered and orders ready in a timely manner and no job is too complicated.

I felt the need to comment after my horrible experience.
I spoke to various people answering the 213 number about my order. They were fast to sent the invoice. After sending my image and charging me a next day turn around fee, I called to see the status on my order. They kept giving me various excuses all about employees leaving early, calling out. I was told they were going to send samples 3x and I never received any sample. After calling and complaining they said it was my image, it had a bad low resolution. I re sent my image and waited for a sample & it took them another full day!

Really friendly staff who didn't try to price gauge me just because I needed something rushed. They even got it done early and threw in some extra business cards! Wow! My business cards came out great! The logo I sent in came out crisp and clear. The staff was good at sending proofs back and forth until we got all the details right. I went with a matte finish and rounded corners.
A few years ago I went with a do it yourself online company and you can't even compare. I'm embarrassed to say I actually handed those cards out! 100% better doing it here!

Had a lot of art announcements done in postcard size and they did a great job! Dropped the files from home, after contacting them first - easy. Quick service, too. Prices were fair and they offer same day turnaround. A small glitch occurred with payment, but was quickly resolved. Totally recommend them! They have a new address: 1500 S. Main St., DTLA

I ordered online on a friday for next business day printing and overnight shipping. There was no follow up. I called Monday and was told I would receive a call back. Nothing. I called back on Tuesday and was finally told they had never received the print files, even though I sent them to the owner. I then had to reforward to the company. I would never order online again. It's not run like a big, professional online printing service.
So, in the end, I paid full price for fast turnaround and ended up getting something printed 2-3 days late.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE GUYS! This company is super unprofessional. I ordered multiple orders and they always print something wrong or makes errors. Their design team sucks and can never get my idea right. The staff is very unhelpful and they always try to charge me extra for things in person versus the price I've been quoted. Like is said save your money or take it elsewhere

Dont go to dtla print they are scammers they quote you a price over the phone, print your product and then double charge you once they tell you to pick up your order in person. their system and staff are so incompetent they have no order and send you multiple invoices for one product. i came to pick up my order that cheri quoted me $44 for a double sided 1000 count business cards. not only did it take forever for the order, no one ever called to update me, then once in person they said i had a balance of double what i originally paid. listen dtla i get that business is tight, but dont try to take

Victor and his team did an awesome express job in making our Cybershoes booth at E3 gaming expo (LA convention center) look really professional. The 8 by 20 feet (!) sized backdrop featured a black that was way richer than all other's. Even more, the matte finish prooved to be perfect for photo and video. Thank you!
