Mr. Stross is the founder of Stross Law Firm, P.A. and has over 41 years of legal experience. He helps clients with business law, entity formation, business succession planning, asset protection, estate planning, and real estate transactions. Mr. Stross is a Board Certified Attorney in real estate law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Mr. Jotch has been a Real Estate Attorney with Stross Law Firm, P.A. since 1996. He assists clients with a variety of real estate transactions. He has helped commercial real estate owners and investors with multi-million-dollar projects, including shopping centers, office complexes and apartments. Mr. Jotch also represents lenders in real estate and other collateral-secured loan transactions.
Ms. Casagrande has been working with us on several levels since 2005, starting as a high school senior, and continuing with us part-time while obtaining her undergraduate degree. In 2009, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ms. Casagrande spent the next year before law school, and summers during law school working as one of our paralegals.

This office charge my clients $750 for a settlement fee for closing a real estate transaction. The fee to the buyer was also $100 higher than the fee charged to the seller. The highest I have ever seen in 13 years of real estate. Communication during the process was poor. I would not recommend using them for a real estate closing.
When asked to adjust the fee for the newlywed couple, 1st time home buyer that was told to expect a $450 fee. The response was “we are a small office and have to charge more than other big title companies”. I guess this is how you stay small.
