Mr. Mineo is a personal injury litigation attorney. He earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 1985 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York. He passed the Pennsylvania bar examination on his first attempt.

A person who keeps or has control of an animal may be liable for personal injury or property damage caused by the animal. A keeper of an animal is one that "harbors, protects, or shelters" the animal. It is not necessary that the person is the "owner." If there was a negative rating ability, this firm would get it without hesitation. My experience with Mr. Mineo didn't even get to the legal aid part. The first time I called, the gentleman answered, but did not provide his name so I could properly address him. I said hello and then asked, "with whom am I speaking"? His response was, "what?". So I repeated the question and he hung-up on me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back and the scenario repeated itself. A very swift hang-up by Mr. Mineo, I assume. That is my only experience with this firm and it will remain my only experience

Mr. Mineo is a brilliant lawyer and very knowledgeable when it comes to personal injury cases. He represented me and I was compensated accordingly. I had gone to other attorneys and they were not interested in my case. Wayne took the time to educate me and get me just compensation for my injuries.
