I am 100% agree with residents review that Mill Grove staffs are only good until you are staying there & allowing them to increase rent indefinitely. Once you will leave they will not refund your money & most possible they will charge you more money and use it for their improvements.
When we asked (two times by visiting office) them to do all the calculations & let us know the balance they were talking so cool that we thought they are so great & they will refund our money easily. They said don't worry, be relax , we will refund all your deposit in two days after inspection if there is not any

2 weeks in and me and my boy friend love the apartment. Great atmosphere, and neighbors. we had an issue with the sink and maintain came within 30mins to fix the problem. Saba is great, she responds fast and keeps you updated and also checked in on us after we moved in. 4star because we are fairly new. Will see how the next few months go!

Saba was such a great help when it came to picking out our apartment. She showed us around the apartments and explained everything in a detailed manner when we came for the in person tour. We had to travel an hour to see and she was very accommodating to our timings. During and after moving in, she has constantly checked in with us to ensure that we are doing well. This is what you get by paying tons of money in this 52+ years old community. Rodents all over the community. When you talk about the same with the management they will blame you for that. This whole story is of a second floor apartment. Any idea how the rodents find their paths to the apartment. See the pictures of rodent activities (rodent drops, holes) every other corner of the house, they made their path to the home. I myself trapped few of them and you can see in the 1st picture. If you want a good night sleep, this is not a place for you. Last 6 months of my stay there was totally horrible

Lived here for more than one year but extremely pricy the rent, they always increase the rent though it is not worth. Washer and dryers never work, complaining doesn't help. At the end, i gave the apartment in ready to occupy (very clean) manner instead they dedusted half of security deposit which doesn't make sense. No clarification for the questions asked. They supposed to give explanation.

When I first came to Mill Grove 5 years ago, I was highly impressed. The maintenance team kept the property beautiful and responded kindly and quickly to any need that one might have. The community is diverse and very friendly. The work out room and pool were a nice addition. The front office support was great. I am not sure what is occurring at this point or if there is new management but the response from maintenance has been judgmental and short tempered. We moved in with old rugs and old appliances but never complained. We have had numerous sewage and pipe issues. One issue so bad the

I moved from Willowbrook to Mill grove apartments for which i will regret forever. After staying for more than 3 years at Millgrove apartment, what i got from this apartment management was humiliation and a false bill of more than $1500. They have the trap of Sure Bond thing which is a legal binding that you need to pay the fine amount of any price which Millgrove managemnt feels correct. They will infact do the inspection without your presence so that you doesnt even know what goes into the move out inspection report. It seems Millgrove managemnt are upgrading their apartments at the cost of residents
