I'm almost finished with my chapter 7. As with anything like this I think it's a pretty tough thing to face, but the staff at John Orcutt Garner made it easier. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had dealing with ANY business. Please, I urge you to do your research and find another firm OR another approach to resolving debt. If not, you better have lots of patience and real good phone plan. I can't tell you how often I had to call for something and got the run around. I would often call and be told that the person I'm looking for was not available and then I would show up unannounced. The phone staff so often seem to have an attitude or was just not sympathetic to your needs. After a while I had to start lying just to speak with

Unfortunately this review comes a day late and a dollar short. Literally!!! If there were ANY other way that I could do business with another law office without losing my money I would. I will NEVER recommend this office to any of my friends and family. The telephone staff there have the worse attitudes you could ever imagine. I've never been to that office in person but I can just imagine what the staff may look like. I can almost guarantee the individuals who are answering the phones are Black women.
