Will never use this vet again. I called Saturday with a emergency sick dog and was told that they did not have any appointments and was sent to a different vet. My dog was down and not moving and having a hard time breathing. My husband and I have used this vet for years so that we could have a vet that had emergency hrs. We ended up having to put the dog down and the poor thing had to suffer longer due to the drive to this other vet. I’m so very pissed and will be moving my other dog to a vet that cares when I call and have a emergency. I’ve owned animals for years from dogs to horses

I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and one of the technician told me that I had to come up there to get an appointment because it would be an emergency based appointment I went up there when I got there another Tech answered the phone and said that the doctor would not be able to see my dog because the doctor's office closes at 3pm it was 1:30 when I got there. I had to call around to find another clinic to see her.

My cat had a bad reaction to a rabies vaccine in 2018 that caused him to be diabetic and go into DKA. After several months of insulin injections twice a day and a 3 day hospital stay, he was able to just maintain his health with diabetic cat food. In early 2021 , his food prescription expired and I had to get a new one. The vet Dr. Jordan Stephenson insisted on seeing my cat to refill the prescription FOR FOOD, so even though he was doing great, I had to take him in. Due to COVID , I had to wait in my car for the vet to treat him. I told them that he could not have the rabies vaccine because it

I have been here multiple times for each of my 3 pets (2 cats, 1 dog) for urgent care. They recommend fair and reasonable testing and have reasonable prices! They're also very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place and will continue coming here for urgent care!

I’ve never met a more caring, compassionate, and comforting group of people in my life. My puppy was sick and they did everything they could to get him better, and make sure that I understood what was going on with him and why it was happening. I appreciated them being upfront with costs every step of the way, since it’s hard being a single mom of one pup, and I’d especially like to say thank you to Dr. Stevenson for tolerating my dramatics as well as he did. I know if I were in his shoes I would have told myself to shut up haha. But he’s doing leaps and miles better than he was, and I’m

Our Terrier was recently diagnosed with renal kidney failure by Dr. Stephenson.
He was very informative explaining the results of the blood work,
value by value, in a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable way. He
outlined the care alternatives following the diagnosis, and possible
outcomes to administering shots. He answered all my questions and
took his time in doing so. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!
In addition, his staff in over whelming with kindness towards your pet
and you. They are friendly, helpful, informative and set an outstanding example of what drs. offices should be like.

Saved my cat a couple years back when he blocked and had to be hospitalized for a few days, and I’ve been coming here ever since. They’ve seen every one of my pets and it’s always been a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.
