Birchwood has been such a lovely place to stay so far. The quality of the homes is perfect. The kitchen appliances are a TINY bit dated, but everything looks and works perfectly and we haven't had any issues. We almost never hear our neighbors and the only traffic we hear is the train (which I love - and we're right by the train tracks).
