In early January, I purchased and booked a massage. On the day of my first scheduled appointment, which I took a vacation day from work for, I received a text message that said my appointment was canceled. Luckily, I saw the text message since he didn't contact me in a way that would confirm I got the message. I rescheduled for a different day and the same thing happened again. Come the day of, I received a text message saying my appointment was canceled again. So I rescheduled another time and the same thing happened again. At first I was quite nervous about what the experience was going to be like given the hospital setting, Novi Spa is located inside a suite at the Mount Carmel East complex.
