If I could give this agency a negative I would be. My husband and I have been faithful customers of this agency for several years. We have insured multiple rental properties, multiple vehicles, and our personal home with this agency. Now, when we need to use the insurance, we come to find that we have been sold a policy that covers absolutely nothing! We have been sold a policy that covers volcano damage but not a bursted water pipe? We do live in Northeast Ohio and not Hawaii correct? It is criminal what this agency has done and the fact that they will do nothing to compensate long-term customers
