After 57 years of excellent health, at my wellness visit, my dashboard warning light came on. I felt fine, but wasn't. I had pre-diabetic blood sugar levels, elevated cholesterol, was at my highest weight ever and had a heart problem. YIKES! I thought about my wife, kids and hopefully grand kids, that I wanted to run around with and get to know.
