I don't like visiting dentists. Who does? That said, Dr. Lim is awesome, and I don't mean that in the flippant, "oh how awesome!" way. I mean she cares, she listens, she explains everything in regular language, she's thoughtful. She's awesome. Since I've been going to her, I don't dread visits to the dentist anymore. I know she'll care for me, and take to heart my concerns. I cannot recommender her more highly.

She's the best! Dr. Lim is patient, professional, gentle and the best at what she does. I tell everyone about her. I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist and could not have been better for me. I was even relaxed! She's the best. Also, her staff is great too! If you are looking for a professional dedicated dentist who is also very gentle and extremely kind you should go to Dr. Lin. After not seeing a dentist in over 5 years because of a bad experience I can safely say that my visit today has gotten me over that. Dr Lin is very patient and takes time to answer all questions. Her staff is very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Her receptionist went over any costs that wouldn't be covered by my insurance before my next visit which is very much appreciated. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

EXCELLENT group to work with! I've had dental issues most of my life, and Dr. Lim is by far my favorite dentist to work with. She is so capable, efficient, personable and clear. She re-did old crowns on my front teeth and the whole experience was straight-forward and comfortable, with beautiful results. Justin is so gentle cleaning that honestly, I almost go to sleep in the chair while he works! Audrey makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, we are so lucky to have them here in Santa Rosa!

In search for cosmetic work and this office charges $80 for a consultation. I inquired about possible procedures and so wanted to discuss a price list, which I was denied. There are other professional cosmetic dentists in this area. They actually made it easy for me to exclude them from the list I will be comparing. I know the work will cost thousands, so its totally their loss. Also, the receptionist over the phone was very hard of hearing. After a long time of not seeing a dentist (for financial reasons), I found Dr. Lim thru Yelp. I concur with all the glowing reviews: she was kind and gentle with my sensitive teeth and fear of dental work, and her staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent dentist! Don't let her youthful looks and beauty fool you into thinking she doesn't know her stuff, because she absolutely does. She's very intelligent and hip the latest methods, tools and technology--that's something I value in a dentist. As far as I can tell, she always does things the smart way, the best way, for longevity and quality, but also for comfort here-and-now. You are in good hands here. I saw Dr Lim when I was living in the Bay Area. She is friendly and very meticulous with her work. She made good and honest recommendations for my treatment. I have had really bad encounter with dishonest dentists before where they are pushy and recommending unnecessary procedures. It's hard to come across a trustworthy dentist. Recently I asked for my old X-Ray record to be transferred to my new dentist, and her staff was super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the extra effort.

Took our son in for a check up because his tooth was bothering him. I choose this particular place because the receptionist was so friendly over the phone. She was an older receptionist and reminded me of my grandmother.. Warm and friendly. I made the appointment and was very happy with my decision. Our son gets very nervous when he goes to the doctors but the entire staff was awesome. They treated him so well and knew exactly what to do to keep him from getting nervous. They talked to him and explained everything to him first. They showed him all the equipment and tools first and let him touch
