Separating from your spouse is hard enough on an emotional and psychological level, we are here to represent your best interest and guide you through all the matters of property distribution, alimony, financial support from your spouse throughout the divorce and custody of children. We are trained and certified mediators skilled at negotiating your claims and seasoned and tested litigators if and when negotiations are not feasible.
You've probably been told that "driving is a privilege" but when faced with loss of a driver's license or a tarnish on your record, you don't see it that way. Loss of a license or cumulating and major violations can have serious implications on your employment, insurance rates, ability to care for your family and your social life.
However, receiving messages, emails, or phone calls from you is not a commitment by this office to represent you or to follow up in any way. Mr. Bergdoll makes excellent use of his time with his clients, and he saved me a lot of time and money when I had a property/landlord issue. I highly recommend him to anyone with landlord/tenant disputes. He quickly and professionally handled my problem and personally handled the negotiations on his end. I would definitely hire his services again.
